Visiting the United Arab Emirates

November 14th, 2011

The United Arab Emirates has become one of the world’s premier countries for business and trade, with Dubai being at the head of the seven emirates in technology, commerce, trade and infrastructure. The Emirate of Dubai is ruled by the Emir Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum who has quickly made the emirate one of the premier tourist locations as well as business and trade hubs in the world. For this reason and to spend time travelling this amazing country, many people want to spend extended vacations so they look for vacation apartment rentals.

Dubai is also home to many of the world’s largest manmade objects and structures. The Dubai Marina is the largest man made marina in the world and the accompanying waterfront is the most expansive and expensive waterfront project on the planet. Visiting Dubai can best be described as visiting another planet, what with its amazing skyline and what could almost be termed as obnoxiously tall skyscrapers, there is plenty to see in Dubai.

Finding lodging in Dubai should be fairly easy as there are many different villas and apartments that can be rented either nightly, weekly or even monthly for the right price. While not everyone may be able to afford 500 AED a night for a luxury villa on Palm Island, you will still be able to find affordable lodging. The US Dollar is fairly strong compared to the Dirham, so you should be able to make due on the budget that you are currently working on. A little research may be merited when looking for rental apartments in Dubai, but with a little time, effort and patience you should be able to find a suitable location for your stay in Dubai.
